It’s likely your payment did not go through. If you did not receive a confirmation email of your registration, then it’s likely we did not either.  If you have a pending charge, this is from your bank not from us.  All online registrants receive an email to their inbox. The subject line reads: [2024 MT Conference] We have received your 2024 conference registration!

If you would like confirmation if we did in fact receive your registration, please email info@mtconference.com.

We do not offer refunds. Please register carefully. However, we will allow a transfer of your registration to be used by a friend or family member or donated as a scholarship. Please email us at info@mtconference.com if you need to change the name on your registration.

There will be no refunds or exchanges for any items purchased in the used book area.

Your registration includes an opportunity for your husband to attend any session with you for free. You do not need to register separately. However, please include your husband’s meal on your registration form if he is joining you for dinner on Friday night and if your children will also be joining you.

Your registration includes your husband attending the keynote session on Friday evening at 7:15pm. You do not need to register him separately. However, please include your husband’s meal on your registration form and if your children will also be joining you for dinner.
Montana Christian Home Educators Conference is specifically geared toward encouraging Christian homeschool moms in their homeschooling journey and yet we are family-friendly. We desire to allow flexibility for what suits your family best, while ensuring all our attendees have a great experience.

We are unable to offer a children’s program/childcare for our conference. If you choose to have your children attend the conference with you, we ask that you take full responsibility for them at all times, and keep them quiet during any sessions, so as not to be a distraction for others. There will be a nursery available for you throughout the duration of the conference if you and your child/ren need a quiet space.

There will only be childcare provided for children (ages 3 months and older) during our keynote session on Friday evening at 7:15pm for only $1.00 per child. Enjoy a nice meal with your husband and children and then be encouraged as moms and dads navigating homeschooling together. Childcare is available after dinner (approximately 7:00pm) before the keynote speaker begins. Please complete this childcare form for your children AFTER you submit your conference registration.

Meals are not provided by the conference for your husband nor children. However, the option for your children to enjoy dinner on Friday night with you is available. Please include their meal on your registration form. Please email info@mtconference.com if you have specific questions about childcare for this session.

The cost of the conference is set as low as possible so it is affordable and to cover our costs. None of us are paid for the behind-the-scenes work and the many, many hours we put into this conference. We are a small group of moms wanting to provide encouragement to other homeschool moms. We are not out to make money off of you; we are simply covering all the costs to have speakers and a venue in driving distance right here in Montana.

We do not offer partial day pricing. Early bird pricing is the cheapest price of $30 per day or $60 for both days. May 1st, the regular price is $40 per day or $75 for both days.

We are a small conference at the moment and do not have an official scholarship application, but we would love you to be here with us. If lack of funds is stopping you from attending, please email info@mtconference.com and let us know your circumstances. We cannot promise any type of scholarship, but we certainly encourage you to ask.  (If out of town, we are unable to assist with your travel and accommodation costs.)

Yikes, it’s May already! Early bird registration was open from February 15 to April 30. After this date the cost increases to the regular price of $75. We’re sorry you missed the early bird rate. Watch for details next year as early bird registration will open around the same time in 2025.

Yes, we do. Please print this year’s flier by clicking here.

Yes. Please call or text (406) 788-9325 if you have questions and you just find it easier to communicate with a real live person. Please remember that we are homeschool moms so we will return your call but if we take a few days, we simply ask you to be patient with us.

We believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of Heaven and Earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into Hell. On the third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there He shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy worldwide church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

Because of this belief, we pray to the One True God, and therefore we will open in prayer, we will close in prayer, and we will take a few moments to worship in an effort to quiet our hearts before diving into teaching, learning, and growing in our role as wives and homeschool moms.

We love hearing your ideas and thoughts. Please send us an email at info@mtconference.com

We will also have a place on June 1, 2024 to share your experience and feedback from this year’s conference.

If you would like to suggest a particular vendor or guest speaker for next year’s 2025 conference (all guest speakers for 2024 are confirmed and we are not accepting any new vendors for 2024), please complete this short questionnaire.

Please note, all guest speakers and vendors are by invitation only.
